活血通脉、利水明目法治疗玻璃体积血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究具活血通脉、利水明目作用的散血明目片治疗玻璃体积血的疗效。方法 1 1 1例患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 76例 79只眼用散血明目片治疗 ,对照组 3 5例 3 7只眼用血塞通治疗。结果治疗组治愈1 1只眼 ,显效 2 1只眼 ,好转 3 2只眼 ,未愈 1 5只眼 ,总有效率为 81 .0 1 %。对照组治愈 1只眼 ,显效 5只眼 ,好转 1 4只眼 ,未愈 1 7只眼 ,总有效率为5 4.0 5 %。结论散血明目片能促进玻璃体积血的吸收 ,改善眼底情况及全身血液流变 ,降低血液的粘滞性和聚集性 ,降低血小板的活化功能 ,减轻血管内皮细胞的损伤等 ,从而全面改善患者血瘀状况 ,提高玻璃体积血患者的视功能。经对比观察 ,散血明目片在提高视力 ,改善眼底方面其疗效优于血塞通片 (P <0 .0 1 )。?Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Sanxuemingmu Tablet(SXMMT),composed of effective herbs based on the methods of quickening the blood to free the vessels and disinhibiting water to brighten the eyes,on patients with vitreous hemorrhage. Methods 111 patients with this lesion were randomly divided into two groups,with 79 eyes of 76 patients in treating group treated by SXMMT and 37 eyes of 35 patients in controlling group treated by Xueshuantong Tablet(XSTT).Results The total effective rate was 81.01% in treating group, with 11 eyes cured, 21 eyes significantly effective, 32 eyes effective and 15 eyes ineffective. In contrast,it was only 54.05% in controling group, with 1 eye cured, 5 eyes significantly effective, 14 eyes effective and 17 eyes ineffective,there being a sinificant defference between the two groups in the total effective rate (P<0.01). Conclusions SXMMT can accelerate absorption of vitreous hemorrhage and improve vision,with significantly superior therapeutic effect to that of XSTT. 〔
