摘  要:目的 观察小鼠海马组织中cAMP含量和AC活性的昼夜变化。方法 采用放射免疫和酶学方法。结果 小鼠海马组织中cAMP含量和AC活性具有昼夜节律性 ,cAMP含量高峰在CT10和CT2 2 ,低谷在CT4和CT16。AC活性高峰在CT13和CT1,低谷在CT7和CT19。Objective To investigate circadian fluctuation of cAMP concentration and adenylate cyclase activity in mice hippocampus tissue. Methods Radioimmunoassay and enzymology method was applied. Results cAMP concentration and adenylate cyclase activity displayed circadian variation.cAMP concentration peak was at CT10 and CT 22,trough at CT 4 and CT16. adenylate cyclase activity peak was CT13 and CT1,trough at CT7 and CT19. Conclusion Circadian variation of cAMP concentration and adenylate cyclase activity in mice hippocampus tissue suggests circadian fluctuation of hippocampus function.
