摘　　要：从分析农民增收的各种途径出发 ,提出解决农民增收问题是一项系统工程 ,需要多主体和多因素的协调作用 ,并进一步提出农村教育在这项系统工程中处于基础性地位。大力发展农村教育 ,转变农民思想观念 ,提高农民素质 。Based on the analysis of different ways of increasing farmers' income, this paper suggests that the issue of increasing farmers' income is a systematic project that requires multi-subject and multi-factor coordination. The paper also points out that rural education plays a fundamental role in this systematic project. The continued long-term increase of farmers' income depends on the sufficient development of rural education, the updated mentality and the enhanced overall quality of the farmers.
