摘  要:瀑河水库拟作为南水北调中线的一个调蓄水库。在瀑河水库淹没区内布10个采样点,分别采集0~20、20~40、40~60cm深度的土壤。实验室中模拟水库蓄水淹没情景,连续监测"库水"水质,试验表明:蓄水初期土壤中营养物质溶出对库水水质有一定影响,且随着时间的推移,各营养物质溶出的速度及浓度变化不同,蓄水16天后浓度趋于平稳,库水水质达到地表水环境质量Ⅱ类标准。将模拟值作为初始值,利用WQRRS模型进行运行期水质预测,得到结论为:①当调水水质为Ⅰ和Ⅱ类标准值的中值、流域汛期径流水质为Ⅱ~Ⅴ类时,预测库水水质为Ⅱ~Ⅲ类;②当调水水质为Ⅱ类标准值的下限值、流域汛期径流水质为Ⅱ~Ⅴ类时,预测库水水质大多为Ⅲ类,部分情况下为Ⅳ类,且N、P超标;③当调水水质为Ⅰ和Ⅱ类标准值的中值、流域径流水质为Ⅱ类时,在2010、2020和2030水平年水库水质全部为Ⅱ类;当调水水质为Ⅱ类标准值的下限值时库水水质则为Ⅲ类。The Baohe Reservoir is planned to be one of the regulating reservoirs for South to North Water Transfer project (middle route). Ten sample sites were sellected to collect soils at 0~20, 20~40, 40~60 cm depth in the submerged area of the Baohe Reservoir. The submergence scenario of reservoir storage was simulated in laboratory and the water qualities of 'reservoir water' were monitored continuously. The result shows that the dissolved nutrients released from the soil into water effecting water quality during the initial running of reservoir and the dissolving speeds and concentrations changes of nutrients changing with the time. Further more,the water quality becomes stable and meets the quality standard of Class Ⅱ of Surface Water after 16 days. WQRRS model was applied to forecast the water qualities during the period of running using the simulation value as incipient value and the conclusions show that:①when the transferwater quality varies in the middle of the lower limit value of Classes Ⅰ and Ⅱ and basin runoff qualities during flood seasons are Classes Ⅱ to Ⅴ, the forecasted water qualities of reservoir are Classes Ⅱ or Ⅲ; ②when the transferwater quality varies in the lower limit value of the quality standard of Class Ⅱ and basin runoff qualities during flood seasons are Classes Ⅱ to Ⅴ, forecasted water qualities of reservoir are mostly, Classes Ⅲ and some are Class Ⅳ with N and P beyond the standard; ③when the transfer water quality varies in the middle of the lower limit value of Classes Ⅰ and Ⅱ, basin runoff qualities during flood seasons are Class Ⅱ, and the forecasted water qualities of reservoir are Class Ⅱ in the years of 2010, 2020 and 2030; the transfer water quality in the lower limit value of Class Ⅱ, the forecasted water qualities are Class Ⅲ.
