摘　　要：加强和改善青年学生的思想政治工作是时代的呼唤和社会现实的客观要求,要做好青年学生的思想政治工作,必须从以下几方面政起:一是精于把握学生的性格特点;二是摸准学生的思想脉搏;三是找准学生思想问题的症结所在;四是深入细致地解决学生的思想问题。做好这四点,才能达到育人的目的。It is urgent and necessary to strengthen and improve task of ideology-politics of young students in new times realistically and practically. Well practiced task of ideology-politics of the students bases on the following aspects as: (1) a good mastery of students' personalities; (2) persisting, in the studying of students' ideology level and trend; (3) persisting in analyzing the causes of students' ideological problems; (4) solving ideological problems of the students carefully and thoroughly. Only in this way can a real sense of education be carried out.
