摘 要:大豆纤维采用活性黑染料染色,其染料选择性、提升性、乌黑度和工艺条件对染色深度影响怎样?本文作者采用几只活性黑染料对大豆纤维针织物染色,比较了它们的提升性能和染色试样的乌黑度,讨论了染色工艺条件对染色深度的影响。结果是:采用Cibacron黑LS-N和黑W-NN染色,具有提升性能好、乌黑度高、耐洗和耐摩擦牢度好等特点。In dyeing soybean fibre with black reactive dyes, how do the substantivility, building up property, blackening of the dye and the process conditions affect the dyed depth of shade of the fabric? The authers use several black reactive dyes to dye soybean fibre knitted fabric, compare their building up properties and the blackening of the samples and study the effect of dyeing conditions on the dyed depth of shade of the fabric. The results show that Cibacron Black LS-N and Black W-NN have such advantages as good building up properties and blackening, excellent fastness to washing and rubbing.
