剪叶处理对烤烟漂浮育苗中烟苗生长及生理特性的影响

摘　　要：研究了烤烟漂浮育苗中剪叶处理对烟苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明,从第5片真叶开始出现是剪叶,每隔5～6d剪叶一次,剪叶次数为3～4次效果最好。剪叶对烟苗生长及生理特性具有重要作用,剪叶处理比对照烟苗生长量大,根系活力显著提高,叶片叶绿素含量增加,NR酶、INV酶和SOD酶的活性增强,以处理3和处理4效果显著。剪叶对烟苗叶片中矿质元素K、Mg、Ca、Fe的含量有明显的增加作用。Experiments were carried out to study effects of clipping treatment on growth and physiological characteristics of tobacco seedlings in the floating system.Results showed that clipping played an important role to tobacco growth and physiological characteristics.and it could obviously promote the growth level of tobacco seedlings,increase the content of chlorophyll,clearly improve the activity of NR and SOD and INV and the root activity.Among clipping treatments,the third treatment and the fourth treatment had better effects.Clipping could obviously increase the contents of mineral material elements K and Mg and Ca and Fe.
