压电马达的发展及其技术特点

摘　　要：指出了工业的发展对电机在转速、体积及运动精度等方面的要求,并分析了传统电磁式电机存在的缺点;分别介绍了压电超声马达和压电谐波马达的工作原理、性能特点及其当前的研究和应用状况;并分别指出了两种压电马达存在的缺点和以后的研究方向。Indicated the speed, volume and movement accuracy requirements of industry development to motor technology, analyzed the existing electromagnetic motor's disadvantages. Introduced the principles, performances, nowadays research and application status of piezo ultrasonic motor and harmonic piezomotor and pointed out the defects and posterior research directions respectively.
