摘　　要：在当代国际社会,美国以“人权高于主权”为借口,干涉他国内政,危及世界和平。这引起了中国学者对美国人权状况的高度关注。他们对美国的人权传统的渊源和构成、美国人权政策的历史演变和人权问题、美国与国际人权公约、美国人权外交等方面做了初步的研究,为进一步的深入研究打下了坚实的基础。In the contemporary international society,the United States uses' human rights higher than sovereignty' as an excuse,interferes With domestic affairs of other countries,and endangers the world peace.This caused great concern of Chinese scholars towards American human rights condition.They have done some primary research on the origin and components of American human rights,the evolution of American human right policies and its problems,the relationship between America and internationas human right treaties,Ametican human right diplomacy,and so on. This has laid a solid foundation for further research.
