细穗柽柳中黄酮化合物提取方法的研究

摘　　要：本文以新疆细穗柽柳作为实验材料 ,在对水提法、醇提法和碱提法进行了比较研究的基础上 ,对醇提法进行了五因素四水平的正交实验设计。结果表明 :40 %乙醇浓度、3倍溶媒量、提取时间为 2 h时 ,可获得最佳提取效果。The Optimum extracting process of flavonoids in Tamarix Loptostachgs Bgt.was investigated by using normal experiment on the basis of the comparison of three extracting methods,which used water?ethanol?aikali as solvent respectively.The results showed that 3:1 of 40% alcohol to Tamarix Leptostachgs Bgt.weightrtio,extraction for 2h were optimal.
