摘　　要：文章以财产上的请求权发生的基础为核心 ,探讨不当得利返还请求权制度的内涵、发展 。Based on the claim of property, the authors of the paper probe into the connotation and development of the right of claim of the returning of unjust enrichment, and analyze the relations between the right of claim of the returning of unjust enrichment and other claims respectively.
