摘　　要：根据建筑行业对人才的需求 ,针对毕业生适应岗位群 ,提出了具体职业能力要求 ,构建了以专题为纲的课程体系 ,并建立了支撑体系 ,以保正高职教育应用性强、务求实效的培养目标。According to the demand for talents in building field, the authors point out concrete requirement of vocational skills in view of the posts that graduates fit in with, and construct a course system based on major classes and a supporting system. In this way it can guarantee the practical training aim of higher vocational and technical education.
