美国高校体育产业发展的启示

摘　　要：分析美国高校体育产业的运作模式 ,指出市场化的运行机制与专业化人员队伍的完美结合是美国高校体育产业蓬勃发展的根本原因。在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,要提高我国高校体育的竞技水平 ,使高校体育充满活力 ,就必须更新观念 ,引入商业化的经营理念 ,打造一支专业化的队伍 ,促进我国高校体育的产业化进程。This article analyzes the operating pattern of the college sport industry in the U.S. and points out that the perfect combination of market mechanism and specialized personnel is the fundamental reason for the development of the college sport industry in the U.S. This article also elaborates the inspirations got from its development. In the current condition of socialist economy,to improve the athletic standard of the college sport in our country and make the college sport full of vigor,people must renew our concept,introduce the commercial concept, cultivate specialized personnel, and promote the industrialization process of the college sport in our country.
