摘  要:超薄切片和负染色技术检测栉孔扇贝和海湾扇贝病原体感染状况 ,结果表明 :在栉孔扇贝大规模死亡的 7、 8月份 ,病毒检出率分别为 80 %、 10 0 % ,此时 ,病毒感染强度也达到最高 ;而海湾扇贝整个养殖期间病毒感染率和感染强度均维持在较低的水平 ,未出现明显的涨落。二种扇贝均检测到类立克次氏体 (RLO) ,但类立克次氏体的感染率和感染强度均未出现明显的涨落 ,似与扇贝死亡的关系不大。综合分析认为 ,病毒极可能是导致栉孔扇贝大规模死亡的直接病原。Pathogenic infection status of the cultured scallop (Chlamys farreri and Argopecten irradians) were investigated from May to November 2001 with technique of ultrathin section and negative staining technique.The results showed that virus was found in two kinds of scallop. Viral infection rates of Chlamys farreri were 80%,100% in July and August when acute death of Chlamys farreri occurred. At this time infection intensity of virus was the highest level. Viral infection rates and intensity of Argopecten irradians was no significantly difference during whole culture period and was in low level. Rickettisia-like organisms (RLO) was found in two kinds of scallop but its infection rate and infection intensity was no significantly difference .It seemed that there was no direct relationship between RLO and the death of Argopecten irradians .The present work demonstrated that the direct pathogen of explosive epidemic disease of Chlamys farreri was possibly a kind of spherical virus which was found in a large amount during whole culture period and among all parts of the host.
