摘　　要：简单介绍了光电器件几何参数,找到了一种测试工具—万能工具显微镜,探讨了用新工具测试几何参数的方法,有效解决了深度测量的难题。This article simply introduces geometry parametere of opto-electronic component ,finding out a new testing tool-universal tool microscope,discusses the way of a testing geometry paramete with the new tool,effectively resolve the problem of the testing depth。
