肝细胞癌相关抗原kinectin的血清学分析

摘　　要：肝细胞癌(Hepatoeellular carcinoma,HCC)为广西高发肿瘤,是死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤之一[1].目前HCC的诊断和治疗急待改善,其关键是找到免疫系统能识别的HCC肿瘤抗原.To evaluate the significance of the kinectin as a tumor associated antigens identified from HCC cDNA expressionlibrary with SEREX method, recombinant kinectin anigen was expressed in Ecoli with transfection of λ zip Ⅱ phage. Followingblotting the protein to nitrocellulose membrane immunochemistry was performed to detect anti-kinectin antibody in a panel ofsera from HCC patients and the healthy individuals. Statistic analysis was performed by chi-square method. Of thirty-two serafrom HCC patients, twenty responses to the kinectin (20/32, 62 .5％) and of fifty sera from healthy individuals, only three re-sponses to kinectin (3/50, 6％), which had significance between positive and negative (p < 0.01). Furthermore, there wereno distinct differences among anti-kinectin antibody, AFP, the tumor size, pathological grade and ages. It is concluded thatanti-kinectin antibody is highly present in the sera of HCC patients. It suggested that kinectin is a new HCC associated antigenand might have some clinic significance in the diagnosis of HCC.
