摘　　要：介绍了高效前沿分析 (HPFA)方法的原理 ,综述了它在药物与蛋白结合研究中的应用 ,通过与传统分析方法的比较阐明了它的优越性及其广阔前景 ,同时提出了在HPFA方法中有待完善和注意的问题。The paper deals with the principle of high performance frontal analysis (HPFA) method and its application to the drug protein binding study.By comparing with conventional analysis methods,the advantages and expansive foreground of HPFA were clarified.At the same time,some questions in HPFA method are put forward to have further attention and to be further solved.
