高校思想政治工作中隐性教育初探

摘　　要：在高校思想政治工作中 ,隐性教育与显性教育是不同的两种教育方式 ,其教育的效果作用是不同的 ,当显性教育的效果不大明显时 ,如采用隐性教育方式往往会收到奇效。因此 ,根据当代大学生的特点。探索隐性教育的特征、作用。利用互联网、校园环境、校园文化氛围等隐性教育的功能 。In college ideological and political work,the two major modes of eduction are in v isible and visible whose respective function has been quite different.When visib le education proves to be of little effect,the invisible one complements in with unexpected satisfactory result.Therefore,based on the contempory college studen ts peculiaritives,the paper focuses on the various functions of invisible educat i on for the sake of cultivating students from the angles of characteristics and e fect of invisible education,internet availability,campus environment and campus cultural atmosphere.
