摘 要:目的探讨选择性破坏胰腺A细胞的模型大鼠胆碱能神经的变化。方法选用硝酸钴和利血平选择性破坏大鼠胰腺A细胞,并用特异性较强的VAChT抗血清,从形态学上观察了模型大鼠胆碱能神经在中枢脑海马的变化。结果硝酸钴可引起模型大鼠脑海马内胆碱能神经递质乙酰胆碱明显减少(P<0.01),利血平可引起乙酰胆碱明显增多(P<0.01)。结论这种内源性乙酰胆碱的变化可能与胰腺A细胞损伤有关,提示胆碱能神经除受其上级中枢调节外,还受某些内分泌细胞的影响。Purpose To study the relationship between injure of islet A cell and cholinergic neurons of the model rats. Methods Co (NH3)2·6H2O and veserpine were selected to destroy islet A cell, and morphological Changes of Cholinergic neurons in brain hippocampus by using VAChT antibody with strong specificity were observed. Results The amount of cholinergic neurons transmitter of acetylcholine decreased obviously in Co (NH3)2·6H2O' s group in brain hippocampus (P<0.01), however the amount of acetylcholine increased obviously in reserpine group (P<0.01) . Conclusions This internal change of acetylcholine may have a relation to injure of islet A cell, indicating that cholinergic neuron may have been regulated by higher level centre, in addition, and been regulated by some endocrine cells too.
