拔牙后牙槽窝立即植入羟基磷灰石微粒人工骨预防牙槽嵴吸收的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :研究羟基磷灰石微粒人工骨对拔牙后牙槽骨吸收的疗效及并发症。方法 :60例患者拔牙后牙槽窝内立即植入羟基磷灰石微粒骨 ,术后 1周、1个月、4个月分别复诊 ,进行临床及 X线检查。结果 :60例患者伤口均愈合良好 ,未见并发症 ;同术前相比 ,牙槽骨高度降低不明显。结论 :羟基磷灰石微粒人工骨可有效地预防拔牙后牙槽骨的吸收 ,可为义齿修复及种植牙提供良好的条件。Objective:To investigate the effect of implantation of particulate hydroxylapatite arti ficial bone after tooth extraction on resorption of the alveolar ridge.Methods:Particulate hydroxyapatite artificial bone was implanted into 60 alveoli after tooth extraction.All patients were followed up for 4 months after operation.They were examined with clinic and x ray to observe the degree of ridge resorption.Results:The wounds healed well in all cases with no complication.Compared with that of the alveoli before operation,the ridge didnt decrease.Conclusion:The implantation could maintain height of alveolar ridge.It would be helpful for prosthetic restoration and implantation tooth.
