摘　　要：目的　探讨细胞凋亡调节基因bcl -2、p5 3在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌中的表达 ,以及这种表达与临床指标、生物学行为之间的关系。方法　用免疫组化S -P法检测bcl-2、p5 3在肿瘤组织中的表达。结果　肿瘤原发灶和相应淋巴结中 ,bcl -2、p5 3表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期、组织学分期有一定关系。结论　bcl -2、p5 3在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的发展中起重要作用 。Objective To research the expression of protein of bcl-2 and p53 in serous cystadeno carcinoma of the ovary,and the relationship between expression and clinical?biological behaviour.Methods To detect the protein expression of bcl-2 and p53 in tumor tissues with S-P method of immunohistochemistry.Results The protein expression of bcl-2 and p53 in primary focus and metastasized lymph node shows that the expression has some relationship with tumor's lymphoid metastasis?clinical stage and histological stage.Conclusions The protein expression of bcl-2 and p53 plays an important role in the progression of ovarian serial cystadeno carcinoma.The examination of these two priteins is valuable in clinical work.
