新型手性杂环并环丁内酯的合成研究

摘　　要：研究 5- (l-孟氧基 ) - 3-溴 - 2 - (5H) -呋喃酮与硝基烷烃之间的 Michael不对称加成反应和取代反应 ,通过该串联反应得到了一系列其他方法无法得到的新型多手性杂环并环化合物 ;丰富了 5- (l-孟氧基 ) - 3-溴 - 2 - (5H) -呋喃酮的反应 ,通过 IR,1 3 CNMR,1 HNMR,Ms等确证了新型多手性杂环并环化合物的结构和构型 .Michael addition of 5-(l-mengthyloxy)-3-bromo-2(5H)-furanone with nit ro alkyl compounds is investigated. The tandem asymmetric reaction can provide t wo new stereogenic centers with one reaction and give optically pure bicyclic he terocycles. Their structures are confirmed by IR,13CNMR,1HNMR an d elemental analysis. This method is convenient and simple for the preparation of novel chiral compounds.
