摘　　要：用改进的多层递阶回归算法建立数学模型 ,并以此来精确预测未来进出口贸易总额的数值大小。根据对未来进出口贸易总额的预测值 ,制订相应的政策和采取有效措施来发展进出口贸易。This paper adopts the improved multi hierarchic recursive regression algorithm to set up the mathematical model, and by this model predicts precisely the future value of the total import and export trades. According to the prediction, we can decide the corresponding policy so as to adopt efficient measurements to develop the import and export trades.
