摘  要:植物单宁属多元酚类物质 ,与铁盐反应能产生以黑色调为主的显色变化。对在不同pH条件下 ,厚皮香、橡、木麻黄、杨梅、冷杉 5种植物单宁与不同氧化剂、铁盐作用的颜色变化规律 ,进行了系统的研究。在此基础上 ,选择厚皮香单宁与铁盐作用 ,得到带有副色的单宁染料。通过配色反应 ,获得了一种能够直接应用于制革染色的黑色单宁染料。染料吸收情况基本符合朗格缪尔吸附理论。试验表明 :植物单宁与氧化剂、铁盐反应 ,颜色向棕黑、蓝绿变化 ,且随pH值的升高 ,颜色逐渐加深 ,但反应产物均带有不同的副色 ,通过配色可以消除副色 。The five kinds of tannins reacted with some oxidizer and ferric salts for exploiting its uses as a black dyestuff in tanning industry. The color laws of tannins reacted with the chemicals at different pH values were found through the way of observation. The results show that the colors of tannins change into brownish black and blueish green when they reacted with ferric salts and oxidizer. The higher the pH value, the darker the color of tannins, however the new material has some side color. And then, the product of the Houpixiang tannin reacted with Fe 2(SO 4) 3 and K 3Fe(CN) 6 was chosen to further study. The tannin dye was matched with some of synthetic dyes for eliminating its side color. The experiments of dyeing at constant temperature show that the absorption rate of the tannin dye accords with Langmuir′s theory of absorption.
