摘　　要：通过分析高校科技成果管理中知识产权保护方面存在的问题,提出加入WTO后高校知识产权保护的对策与措施.The conter measures of intellectual property rights protection in higher school after joining to WTO were presented in this article by analysing the current problem in the administration of chievement protection of in-tellectul property rights.
