摘　　要：阐述了审慎的、深思熟虑的战略形成观,应急的、突现的战略观,以及两种形成模式结合的形式,进而指出,单纯审慎的、深思熟虑的战略形成模式或单纯应急的、突现的战略形成模式都是片面的,成功的战略形成过程要求两者的融合.This paper elaborate on the three opinions on the formation of strategies: the deliberate mode, the e-mergent mode, and the mix of the above two, pointing out that pure deliberate mode and pure emergent mode are unilateral, and that successful strategies rely on the mix of the two.
