颅眶损伤视神经减压术的探讨

摘　　要：目的　总结 2 0例颅眶损伤急诊开颅手术时行视神经减压术的疗效。方法　回顾性总结近 4年来收治的 2 0例严重颅眶损伤患者行急诊视神经减压术。结果　 2 0例严重颅眶损伤共 2 2眼有视神经损伤 ,减压术后 3月随访 ,18眼视力有不同程度提高。结论　对严重颅眶损伤合并视神经损伤者 ,若能早期诊断 ,及时治疗 ,可有效地改善视力。Objective To summarize the results of optic nerve decompression surgery on 20 patients with cranio-orbital injuries.Methods Clinical data of 20 patients admitted to our hospital nearly 4 years with severe cranio-orbital injury were analyzed respectively,all of them were taken emergency optic nerve decompression surgery.Results Of 22 eyes with optic nerve injuries,the vision of 18 eyes were improved in different degree after 3 months of optic nerve decompression.Conclusion If patients with severe cranio-orbital injuries and optic nerve injuries can be diagnosed early and operated in time,the visions could be improved.
