摘 要:在酸处理后的多壁碳纳米管 (MWNT)的表面引入 3种基团 :羧基、羰基、羟基。研究了功能化后的MWNT的光电性质 ,MWNT的表面光电压谱 (SPS)在检测区域出现 2个响应带 ,分别在红外区 110 0nm和15 0 0nm。证明了功能化后的MWNT具有光电压活性 ,并有很好的光致电荷分离特性。同时将功能化的MWNT分别修饰在玻碳 (GC)、硼掺杂的金刚石薄膜 (BDD)电极上 ,进行循环伏安扫描 ,在玻碳电极上得到 1对氧化还原峰 ,峰电位分别为 0 0 84V、- 0 130V(vs .SCE)。在硼掺杂的金刚石薄膜电极上得到稳定的 2对氧化还原峰 ,峰电位分别为 0 0 18V、- 0 2 16V(vs.SCE)和 0 2 14V、0 142V(vs.SCE)。结果表明 ,功能化后的MWNT具有电化学活性。Multiwall carbon nanotubes(MWNT) were treated with nitric acid, followed by filtration, washing, and drying to give the functionalized nanotubes with three chemical groups -COOH, C[ZJ1Z,ZS;1Z,ZX;LX,Y] O and -OH being introduced on the surface. The photovoltaic properties of the functionalized MWNT thin film were investigated by surface photovoltage spectroscopy, two photovoltaic response bands were observed at 1 100 and 1 500 nm respectively. The result demonstrates that the functionlized MWNT has a excellent characteristic of photo-induced charge separation. The electrochemical behavior of functionalized MWNT was studied on a glassy carbon(GC) electrode and a boron-doped diamond thin film(BDD) electrode by cyclic voltammetry(CV). Three stable redox peak pairs were recorded: one on modified GC electrode with peakpotentials of 0 084 V and -0 130 V(vs.SCE), respectively; two on modified BBD electrode with peakpotentials of 0 018 V, -0 216 V(vs,SCE) and 0 214 V, 0 142 V(vs.SCE), respectively.
