摘　　要：目的　探讨高血压脑出血破入脑室的手术治疗方法 ,提高疗效及生存质量。方法　根据病情选择适合的手术方法治疗高血压脑出血破入脑室病人 72例。结果　存活 45例 ,随访 3 8例 6个月至 1年 ,按ADL评价 :Ⅰ级 8例、Ⅱ级 13例、Ⅲ级 9例、Ⅳ级 6例、Ⅴ级 2例 ,死亡 2 7例。结论　尽快恢复脑脊液的正常循环是治疗高血压脑出血破入脑室的关键 ,尽早消除血肿对邻近脑组织压迫 。Objective To study the surgical treatment of hypertensive intraventricular hemorrhage in order to improve the curative effect and the survival quality of these patients.Methods To select suitable methods of operation to treat 72 patients with hypertensive intraventricular hemorrhage according to the patients' conditions.Results Of 72 cases,survival 45 cases,38 cases had been followed up for 6 months to 1 year.The prognoses of patients were assessed by ADL:Ⅰ 8 cases,Ⅱ 13 cases,Ⅲ 9 cases,Ⅳ 6 cases,Ⅴ 2 cases,dead 27 cases.Conclusion It is the most important for surgical treatment of hypertensive intraventricular hemorrhage to evacuate hematomas and recover normal circulation of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)and intracranial pressure (ICP) as soon as possible.
