肝癌及肾结石术中超声诊断的应用价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨术中超声在肝癌及肾结石手术治疗中的应用价值。方法　对 13例肝癌及 2 1例肾结石患者的术中超声与术前超声检查的诊断结果进行对比分析。结果　 13例肝癌共有病灶 2 7个 ,术中超声对直径 <2cm的病灶检出率 93%(12 / 13)明显高于术前超声的检出率 6 2 %(8/ 13) (P <0 0 5 ,但对直径 2～ 4cm的病灶检出率二者无统计学差异 (P >0 0 5 )。 2 1例肾结石患者术前超声诊断率 97%与术中超声 10 0 %无统计学差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但对结石的术中定位具有重要意义。结论　术中超声对肝癌尤其是小肝癌的检出。Objective To discuss the value of ultrasonic diagnosis applied in operation on hepatocarcinoma and nephrolithiasis.Methods To analyze the results of ultrasonic diagnosis applied in operation on 13 patients of hepatocarcinoma and 21 patients of nephrolithiasis.The results of ultrasonic diagnosis were compared before operation.Results There were 27 spots in 13 patients of hepatocarcinoma.If used for the spots with diameter beyond 2cm,the diagnosis rate in operation was as high as 93%.It was significantly higher than that before operation,which was 62%,(8/13)( P <0 05),while there was no statistical difference between them,if used for the spots with diameter between 2cm to 4cm.The diagnosis rate in operation on 21 patients of nephrolithiasis,100%showed no significant distinction from that before operation(97%),however,the location in operation is important.Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis applied in operation has great value in hepatocarcinoma as well as in location of renal stone.
