摘  要:目的 :观察癫大鼠海马组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)与海马一氧化氮 (NO)的变化 ,并探讨二者之间的关系。 方法 :通过贝美格制成癫发作动物模型 ,分别取发作 5、30min及注药 6、12、2 4h的海马组织 ,硝酸还原酶法、黄嘌呤氧化酶法分别测NO、SOD。 结果 :海马组织SOD于发作 5min时显著低于正常对照组 ;6h时仍与对照组存在差异 ;12h后差异不显著 ;海马组织NO在发作 5min迅速升高 ,30min组仍高于正常对照组 ,6h后与正常对照组比无显著差异。经相关统计学检验 ,SOD与NO之间呈显著负相关 (r =- 0 .84 9,P <0 .0 1)。 结论 :癫发作可导致海马自由基清除剂SOD严重损伤 。Objectives:To study the changes of superoxide dismustase(SOD) and nitric oxide (NO) in hippocampus of epileptic rats and to analyze the relationship between SOD and NO. Methods:The animal mode of epileptic rat was made by intraperitoneal injection of bemegride in a dose of 25mg/kg.The concentrations of SOD and NO in hippocampus of epileptic rats were measured by nitroreductase and xanthylicoxidase at 5 and 30 minutes after seizure and at 6, 12 and 24 hours after the injection of bemegride.Results:SOD was found to be the lowest at 5 minutes after the seizure and was still lower than the controls at 6 hours after the injection of bemegride. It returned to normal at 12 hours after the injection of bemegride. NO levels were increased greatly at 5 minutes after the seizure and was still higher than that in the controls 30 minutes after the seizure. It returned to normal at 6 hours after the injection of bemegride. There was a negative correlation( r= -0.849 , P <0.01) between SOD and NO in hippocampus. Conclusions:The decrease of SOD induced by seizure was found to be related to the increase of NO in hippocampus.
