摘  要:目的:研究不同树脂粘接剂对IPS e. max CAD玻璃陶瓷的粘接剪切强度和碎裂载荷的影响。方法:选择人离体第三磨牙36颗,随机分成3组,每组粘接材料的粘接试件各12个,分别进行剪切强度实验和碎裂载荷实验,比较3种树脂粘接剂RelyX^(TM) U200(A组)、RelyX^(TM) Ultimate Clicker(B组)和NX3(C组)对可切削玻璃陶瓷IPS e. max CAD粘接后试件的剪切强度和碎裂载荷的影响。结果:3种树脂粘接剂的剪切强度值分别为(6. 69±2. 29)MPa、(19. 18±4. 59)MPa、(13. 29±1. 56)MPa。RelyX^(TM)U200的剪切强度显著低于另外两种粘接剂(P<0. 05),RelyX^(TM) Ultimate Clicker和NX3的剪切粘接强度差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。3种粘接剂的碎裂载荷值分别为(1622. 08±384. 34)N、(2538. 25±544. 31)N、(2916. 14±452. 34)N。RelyX^(TM) U200的碎裂载荷显著低于RelyX^(TM) Ultimate Clicker和NX3(P<0. 05)。结论:3种树脂水门汀粘接剂对瓷片粘接后剪切强度和碎裂载荷的影响不同,RelyX^(TM) U200组明显低于另外两组,后两组间差异无统计学意义。Objective:To study the influence of three resin cements on the shear strength and fracture loading value of e.max CAD glass ceramics after adhesion.Methods:36 human third molars were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups:RelyXTMU200(group A)、RelyXTMUltimate Clicker(group B)and NX3(group C).Each group was divided into 12 adhesive specimens for shear strength test and fracture loading test respectively.The influences of 3 kinds of resin cement on shear strength and fracture loading of machinable e.max CAD glass ceramics bonded were compared.Results:The shear bond strength(SBS)of each group were(6.69±2.29)MPa,(19.18±4.59)MPa,(13.29±1.56)MPa,separately.The value of group A was significantly lower than the other two groups(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).The fracture loading value of each group were(1622.08±384.34)N.(2538.25±544.31)N and(2916.14±452.34)N.The value of group A was significantly lower than the other two groups(P<0.05).But also there was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).Conclusions:Different resin cements have different effects on the shear strength and fracture loading value after bonding,the value of RelyXTMU200 is the lowest,the others are better than others,but no significant difference between them.
