摘 要:目的:研究喉鳞癌瘤内微血管和微淋巴管形态、分布、密度,以及相关临床意义。方法:采用5’-Nase-AlPase双重酶组织化学法和HE染色对40侧喉鳞癌标本冰冻切片进行研究。结果:光镜下微血管呈蓝色,微淋巴管呈棕色。除转移组微血管密度显著高于未转移组外,与其余临床指标均未见相关性。结论:瘤内微血管密度与淋巴转移有明显相关,而微淋巴管密度未发现明显临床意义,其机制待深入研究。Objective: To study the histology,distribution,density and clinical significance of intratumoral vascular microvessel and lymphatic microvessel in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods:The histology of laryngeal cancer specimen was determined by immunoenzyme technic of 5'-Neucleiotidase-Alkaline Phosphatase (5'-Nase-ALPase ) double enzyme histochemical staining. There were 34 males and 6 females,ranging in age from 33 to 80 years old,which stage was 22 in T2,8 in T3 and 10 in T4,15 in pN+ and 25 in pN0. Results: The density of microvesel vascular was 31. 50±3. 18 in group of pN+,21. 98±1. 34 in group of pN0( P<0. 05),and the density of microvessel lymph was 8. 53±0. 63 in group of pN+,9. 25±0. 84 in group of pN0(P>0.05). Result showed that the intratumoral vascular microvessel density in lymph node metastasis was higher than that of non-metastasis. Conclusion: The intratumoral vascular microvessel should be associated with lymph node metastasis,and intratumoral lymphatic microvessel not relative be found.
