摘　　要：近年的研究发现 ,溶血磷脂酸 (LPA)等磷脂在心脑卒中的发生过程中起重要作用。而且可能作为血栓形成前的一种释放物 ,预警血栓形成的可能发生。本文从缺血性脑卒中的预防和预警及溶血磷脂酸的作用 。In recent years, it is found that lysophosphatidic acid plays an important role in cardic and cerebral ischemic attack. As an early product of thrombosis, it may also be used as an indicator for thrombophilia. This paper reviews the research progresses in the recent years especially the potential use of LPA in clinical diagnosis.
