摘　　要：党支部是党的组织基础,研究生支部成员构成具有特殊性,其构建模式有别于本科生党支部,研究生党支部应根据党员的所在专业,构建具有医研究生特色的党支部管理模式。本文对医科院校研究生党支部构建模式的重要性和特点作了总结,阐述了现阶段医学研究生党支部构建的一般模式和创新性模式,并对其未来发展趋势做出展望。Party branches are the Party's primary organizations, and because of the special personnel form, its constructing patterns are different from the undergraduate-students' party branches. For the medical postgraduate-students' Party branches,we should highlight the medical characteristics and thus construct distinctive management patterns according to the subjects of communists. This paper summarizes the importance and characteristics of the constructing patterns of postgraduate-students' party branches in medical schools, explains its general and innovative patterns, and gives an outlook for the future development of them.
