摘　　要：文章针对我国高校专业设置存在的相关问题,分析了专业预警与退出机制的背景及必要性,提出了建立此机制的关键因素,可以为优化高校专业结构,保持可持续发展提供依据,具有重要的理论及现实意义。Focusing on solving the related problems of the major setting of higher education institutions in our country, the background and the necessity of the major early warning and exit mechanism are analyzed and the key factors for creating the mechanism are presented, it can provide the basis for optimizing the major structure and maintaining the sustainable de-velopment, has important theoretical and practical significance.
