摘　　要：高校本科行政管理专业人才培养模式存的诸多问题。弹性式"4+2"人才培养模式以实践教育为基础,以研究教育和创业教育为发展方向,更加注重学生的人际交往能力、实践能力、科技创新能力和择业创业能力,针对现行人才培养模式的不足提供了新的出路,但其具体实施需要在观念上、课程设置上、教学方法和手段上、制度和评价体系上的一系列保障。Many problems exist in undergraduate university administration personnel training mode. Elastic style '4 +2' training model to the practice of education as the basis for research and education and entrepreneurship education for development, more emphasis on students' interpersonal skills, practical ability, technological innovation and career entrepreneurial capacity, it is the current training model provides insufficient to provide a new way, but its implementation requires a specific concept in a series of safeguards on curriculum, teaching methods and means, on the system and the evaluation system.
