摘　　要：结合民办本科院校目前的实际情况,需要一套完整的班级学生干部管理结构体系支撑班级各项工作的有效开展。笔者从分析学生特点、学生干部建设存在问题,进而提出班级学生干部的组织框架、职务分析以及班级学生干部的考核方式,分析与阐述了民办本科院校班级干部管理的相关经验和方法。With the current situation of private colleges, the need to carry out a complete set of effective classroom manage-ment architecture student leaders support the work of the class. The author analyzes the characteristics of students, there are student leaders building, then proposed organizational framework class student leaders, job analysis and assessment methods class student leaders, analysis and describes the relevant experience and methods of the class cadre management of private colleges.
