摘　　要：在Moocs时代背景下,传统的教学模式已不适应独立学院行政管理专业的需求,如何探索适合独立学院行政管理专业课堂教学模式成为必要。可以利用翻转式课堂理念改革教学模式、创新教学方式、创新考核方法以及创建行政管理实务模拟实验室等方式构建参与式实验教学模式,提高学生的参与程度,以提高学生的学习兴趣和锻炼学生的实践能力。In the Moocs background, the traditional teaching model is not suitable for the demand of independent college administrative management professional. It is necessary to explore the new teaching mode suitable for administrative man-agement professional of the independent college. We can use the flipped classroom to reform the teaching mode, innovate teaching mode, innovate appraisal method and create the administrative practice simulation laboratory to establish particip-atory experiment teaching mode. It is useful to improve student's level of involvement, and improve students' interest in learning and training students' practice ability.
