摘　　要：构建科学、规范的教学质量保障体系是提高教学质量的基础。高校应明确质量第一的教育理念,建立健全教学质量保障组织体系,完善教学环节质量标准,落实本科教学投入保障机制,完善教学质量监控体系。The construction of scientific and standardized teaching quality assurance system is the basis of improving teaching quality. Universities should clear quality first in education, establish and perfect the teaching quality security system, improve teaching quality standards, carry out undergraduate teaching investment guarantee mechanism, improve the monitoring system of teaching quality.
