摘  要:目的:通过对乐山城区社区健康教育的现状分析,找出问题所在,探讨出相应的解决对策,为深化社区健康教育工作发展提供可靠依据。方法采用问卷调查,内容包括基本情况、健康教育知识和技能、影响健康教育工作的因素、培训内容及培训需求。结果:共调查健康教育工作人员38人,其中只有5位是专职健康教育人员,其余为兼职健康教育人员;专业以大专(84.2%)和大学本科(15.8%)为主,无研究生学历;专业技术资格以初级(89.5%)和中级(10.5%)为主;健康教育人员专业知识及健康教育技巧不足;健康教育人员工作缺乏主动,健康教育工作受外界影响的因素。结论:人员结构不合理,健康教育工作的理论和实践深度不够,在一定程度上限制了健康教育工作的深入开展,应加大健康教育经费的投入和加强健康教育专业人才的培养,提高专业知识和工作技能,以推动社区健康教育工作的开展。Objective: Status of Leshan City Community Health Education, identify the problems and investigate the corresponding solutions, provide a reliable basis for deepening the work of community health education. Methods: A questionnaire, including basic information, knowledge and skills of health education, factors that influence health education, training content and training requirements. Results: A total of 38 health education staff, of whom only five full-time health education staff, the rest is part of health education personnel; professional to college(84.2 percent) and college(15.8%) were no graduate degree; professional technical qualification of primary(89.5%) and intermediate(10.5%) dominated; lack of health education and health education professional knowledge skills; lack of health education staff work initiative, health education outside influence factors. Conclusion: The personnel structure is irrational, the theory and practice deep enough health education,to a certain extent, limit the depth health education, health education should increase investment and strengthen the training of health funding education professionals to improve professional knowledge and job skills to promote the development of community health education.
