摘　　要：信息化条件下如何培养装备保障人才对我军装备保障工作是至关重要的,是提高装备保障效能,从而提高部队战斗力的重要因素。本文对信息化条件下装备保障人才职业生涯管理的概念、特点进行了分析,给出了基于职业生涯管理的信息化条件下装备保障人才院校培养的相关对策。Under the condition of information on how to train personnel and equipment to protect military equipment, security work is vital, is an important factor in enhancing the effectiveness of security equipment to enhance combat effectiveness. In this paper, the concept of information under the condition of equipment to protect personnel career management, characteristics were analyzed, put forward related countermeasures of the equipment support college training under information condition based on career management.
