高校教师挂牌上课制度下基础课教学效果评价研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着教育改革的不断深化,完全学分制成为高等教育改革的热点,而选课制是完全学分制的基本特征之一,对公共基础课实行教师挂牌上课制度是完全学分制的必然要求。当前的教师教学效果评价体系缺乏针对性,不适合教师挂牌上课制度下的公共基础课教学效果评价。在分析高校基础课教师挂牌上课特点和现行教学效果评价存在问题的基础上,提出了挂牌上课制度下基础课教学效果评价的改进思路。In recent years, with the deepening of educational reform completely credit system become the focus of the reform of higher education, and elective system is completely credit system is one of the basic characteristics, the implementation of public basic course teachers listed class system is completely credit system is the inevitable requirement. The current evaluation system of teaching effect evaluation is lack of pertinence, which is not suitable for the teaching effect evaluation of public basic course. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and existing problems of the teaching effect evaluation of the basic course teachers in Colleges and universities, it puts forward the improvement ideas of the teaching effect evaluation of the basic course.
