摘　　要：辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,与学生谈心是辅导员开展思想政治教育的一种基本工作方法和形式。本文主要阐述了辅导员与大学生谈心过程中存在的问题,探讨了如何做好谈心工作的对策分析,并介绍了谈心工作的实践研究。Counselors are the backbone to carry out ideological and political education of college students. Talking with students is a basic work method of Ideological and political education of counselors. This paper mainly expounds the problems existing of the counselors and students' talking, discusses how to talk with students better, and introduces the practice of talking work.
