校图书馆培育学生信息素养路径研究

摘　　要：信息素养教育是信息化时代大学生必备的基础素质教育,对大学生开展信息素质教育是时代赋予图书馆的重任。高校图书馆不仅要充分利用和发挥其独有的优势条件,还要不断加强员工自身综合素质的培训,使其成为时代所需的复合型人才。此外,为满足学生信息素养培育的要求还要进行不断的改革创新,以便为高校学生信息素养教育创造更好的资源条件,从而更好地培养学生终身学习、自主学习、创新学习的能力。Information literacy education is a necessary basic quality education for college students in the information age. It is an important task for college students to carry out the information literacy education. University library should not only make full use of the advantages of its unique conditions, but also to strengthen the training of their own comprehensive quality, so that it can become the era of complex talents. In addition, in order to meet the requirements of the cultivation of students' in-formation accomplishment but also for the continuous reform and innovation to information literacy education for college stu-dents create better resource conditions, in order to better train students' ability of lifelong learning, autonomous learning, learning and innovation.
