摘　　要：通过半开放式问卷的方法,对辽宁师范大学22个学院学生会主席就如何做好一名学生会主席的问题进行了调查。研究的主要目的是为学生会主席或者学生干部正确认识自我、开展工作提供理论上的帮助。运用探索性因素分析的方法,发现学生会主席应该具备优秀的品质、管理才能、良好的心理素质等三大优点。This paper investigates the problem of how to do a student council president in 22 college students of Liaoning Normal University. The main purpose of the study is to provide theoretical help for the chairman of the student union or the correct understanding of the self and the work of the student leaders. By using the method of exploratory factor analysis, it is found that the chairman of the student union should have three advantages, such as excellent quality, management ability, good psychological quality and so on.
