摘  要:德国FH代表着应用技术领域的最高教育水平。它拥有非常规范的教育管理模式,是世界各国应用技术教育学习的榜样。行为导向教学法是德国FH教育中使用最普遍的方法,它作为桥梁良好地连接了专业知识教育和应用技术实践。我国应用技术教育在进行教学方法改革时必须解决如下问题:(1)改变传统教学模式,以学生为中心。(2)完善教育科学内容体系。(3)注重培养应用技术教育教师专业实践能力的培养。(4)提高教师的职业能力。The German FH represents the highest educational level in the field of applied technology. It has a very standardized educational management model and is an example for all countries in the world to apply technical education. Behavior oriented teaching method is the most common method used in German FH education. It serves as a bridge to connect professional knowledge education and application technology practice. When applying the technical education in China, the following problems must be solved:(1) changing the traditional teaching model and taking students as the center.(2) improve the content system of education science.(3) pay great attention to the training of applied technical education and the training of teachers' professional practice ability.(4) improving the professional ability of teachers.
