摘　　要：大学学科分层制度是评价、组织、管理大学学科之间支配关系的规则体系,在这一规则体系里各类权力主体形成的权力网络控制和影响着学科的发展。本文从权力控制的视角出发,分析大学学科分层制度下的权力主体和权力控制关系,评议学科分层制度对学科发展的双向影响。University disciplinary system is a hierarchical system of rules governed the relationship between the evaluation,organization, management university discipline, power network in this system of rules in the form of various types of power subject to control and influence the development of the discipline. From the perspective of power control, analyzes the power and authority of the university main subjects stratified system under the control of the relationship, bi-layered system of impact appraisal discipline development.
