摘　　要：高校考试评价改革因教师参与改革的动力不足,教学工作绩效评价制度不完善,改革推行的现实条件不足,教师教学评价素养和改革能力欠缺等因素影响而遭遇困境。为此提出相应对策。Dynamic evaluation reform of university teachers involved in the reform of the exam due to lack of teaching performance evaluation system is imperfect, inadequate realities of reform implementation, evaluation of teaching literacy and lack of capacity and other factors reform suffered difficulties. For this reason put forward countermeasures.
