摘　　要：道德伦理对于法治文化的基础培养以及法治文化的认同都具有无可替代的作用。加强道德伦理教育促进我国法治文化建设的具体路径主要通过以下三方面:一是通过道德教育培育民众对于法治文化的情感基础;其次是通过提升法律适用者的道德素养,提升民众对于法治文化的认同;第三则是通过道德的宣传提升民众的守法意识来推动法治文化建设。For the basic culture of ethics and the rule of law culture cultural identity has an irreplaceable role. Specific path to strengthen ethics education to promote the rule of law and cultural construction in China mainly through the following three aspects:First, people cultivate emotional foundation for the rule of law culture through moral education;followed by the law applicable to enhance the moral quality, enhance the rule of law and cultural identity of people;the third is to enhance the awareness of law-abiding citizens through propaganda to promote the rule of law and moral culture.
